I love being over 40 because it’s the age where confidence truly shines. The experience gained over the years helps me guide younger women to see themselves differently, empowering them to embrace their worth. In our 30s, insecurities often rule, but after 40, many of those insecurities fade. It’s liberating to live without those doubts, and now I can inspire others to do the same. Being over 40 means owning who I am, free from the limitations of self-doubt.

Staying fabulous over 40 starts with self-care, especially for the mind. Everything I consume, from thoughts to media, must be positive. I stay active through running, and while I’m not the fastest, I keep moving. Supplements and fasting help, but most importantly, I remain engaged by studying and setting goals. Having purpose and believing in yourself is the true key to being fabulous at any age. It’s about balance, self-love, and constantly striving to be your best.

I would initiate my journey as a motivational speaker for women over 40. First, I’d invest in branding: creating a professional logo and website to establish my presence. Next, I'd allocate funds for high-quality workshops tailored to empower women, focusing on self-love, confidence, and personal growth. I’d also seek mentorship and coaching to refine my messaging. Additionally, I'd allocate resources for marketing, reaching out through social media and local communities.
