For the first time, I know exactly who I am, what I love, and what I need. No more morphing to please others—this decade is all about owning my confidence and loving myself more each day. By shining in my truth, I’m creating an even greater impact on the world around me.
How do you stay fabulous?Feeling fabulous isn’t a mystery—it’s about showing up for yourself consistently. For me, a few must-haves in my daily routine keep me grounded: exercise, clean nutrition, meditation, journaling, and being around friends where I can be unapologetically me. And laughter! Finding joy daily is key, whether it’s curling up with a romance novel, dancing in my kitchen, or cheering on my son at baseball. It’s the little things that keep the magic alive!
What would you do with the $40,000?If I’m lucky enough to win the $40,000, I’ll pour into both myself and my business. For self-care, I’ll set some aside for our next vacation — letting my son choose the destination and making unforgettable memories together. As for my business in the concussion space, I have huge dreams! I’d reinvest in clinic technology and expand my online programs, helping more individuals heal and empowering clinicians to grow. It’s all about impact and adventure & this would help us take that next step!
