I have more self-awareness than I did in my twenties. Definitely way more confidence as I know exactly the kind of woman I want to be. Self-love is just as important as family time and I absolutely love being a Mom! I also believe there is still time to follow your dreams and do anything you set your mind to.
How do you stay fabulous?I exercise everyday (walking, running, weight training, boxing workouts and barre classes) and I like to mix it up every week. Staying hydrated and definitely love my clean skincare products that help with the anti-aging process. Sunscreen, I don’t go a day without it! Collagen is just as important as we age and I try to get plenty of sleep 7-8 hours a night.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate some of the money to childhood cancer research and a few non-profit organizations that are very near and dear to my heart. The rest will go in a college savings account for my son.
