I have a better understanding of who I am and what I want. I handle life's ups and downs with more grace and resilience. I feel my friendships and relationships are more meaningful, I adore and love the people in my life with acceptance of who and what they are with no judgment. My personal Growth is continuing. Learning and self-improvement is at the forefront of my mind. I have a sense of inner peace and acceptance, that I did not have when I was younger.
How do you stay fabulous?I believe taking care of my physical and mental health is crucial to staying fabulous. Regular exercise especially Yoga keeps my body and mind healthy. I try to eat a balanced diet focusing on fruit, vegetables and whole grains. Good sleeping habits of 8 hours a night is crucial. It is important to take time for myself. I treat myself to pamper sessions. I have outdoor hobbies that unite me to nature. Natures beauty amazes me every day. Being happy keeps me fabulous.
What would you do with the $40,000?My daughter has an idea for a business, I will be a silent Invester, $40,000 will help her realize her dream. We have built a business together that was a great success. I sold it in December 2023. :)
