I've never worried too much about how old I am, but at this age I feel free to be my true, authentic self and not worry much about what anyone thinks. My 3 beautiful children are mostly on their own allowing me time to focus on my personal and spiritual growth and keep learning new things. I try to live fully in the present moment and have as much fun as possible with those I love. Getting older is a humbling experience and helps me to focus more on my internal state rather than my appearance
How do you stay fabulous?I absolutely love getting out into nature and hiking and exploring for hours and then taking a nice hammock nap. Ha! I love lifting weights and mountain biking. I try to eat healthy, mostly vegetarian. I am very intrigued by energy healing and consciousness and am always listening to audios and reading books that help me to be more fully connected to my Divine, Higher Self. I love volunteering and working with animals. I also host meditation and soundbath events in my home.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to make a donation to Best Friends and Humane Society. I would love to take a 2-week trip to Italy with my family and give some money to my son who is working on getting his pilot's license :)
