Freedom. There is a certain type of confidence and energy that you carry when you’re 40+.
How do you stay fabulous?I love myself. I give praise to the body that carried my 3 girls, I give praise to my spirit and my mind that has the ability to have more humility, and the ability to silence my ego. This has been such a freeing feeling, that freedom allows me to look at my regimens more clearly. I get weekly massages, quarterly colonics, I hike daily, lift weights & Pilates multiple times a week, I own a spa, so daily care for my skin. I speak kindly to myself, I try new experiences to keep my brain young.
What would you do with the $40,000?$5,000 I will donate to my wellness company to sponsor multiple participants to attend a life changing wellness retreat. $15,000 will go to my girls mutual funds. $10,000 I will use to take myself and husband on a intimacy couples retreat (we’ve been together for 18 years), $2,000 I want to give to my friend who’s having a hard time & needs resources (her daughter is autistic). The rest in my “mad money” fund 😉
