I started a private practice after being a Middle School Counselor. I love working with energy, teaching clients breathwork and eft tapping.

I know myself now. I like me! I have developed healthy boundaries, travel, have a rescue dog named Penny Lane , wonderful friends, and most importantly, connect almost every day with my two adult sons Max and Jack.
How do you stay fabulous?I think positive thoughts and have a sense of humor! I try to sleep 8 hours, I walk on Lake Ontario every day, try to eat healthy . And I laugh hard when something cracks me up and sob when I’m sad. Trying to be a fabulous over 40 by experiencing life❤️
What would you do with the $40,000?I’d share it with my boys. They bring me joy so I’d make a joyful plan with them.
