How do you stay fabulous?I eat a healthy diet focused on whole foods. I practice holistic healing and integrative medicine and implement this lifestyle for myself also. I focus on diet, lifestyle, movement and community. Take time to breathe and be mindful. Surround myself with positive people and make time to help others become the best version of themselves
What would you do with the $40,000?I would put some aside for a college fund for my son. The rest I would use to give free memberships to women in need at my gym. There are so many women who could benefit from what I offer at my gym, including self defense! I would create a fund to help those who cannot afford the membership join
