I love the experience life has given me. At 40 years old I feel secure in my life decisions. Turning 40 has given me self confidence to trust my gut. I reflect living in my 20s and being scared and terrified of making choices . I have had 20 years to learn the importance mental health being, the importance of having a small friend group and not being afraid to cut off people who don’t serve you well emotionally . Timing in the earth is precious and at 40 I know have to make every moment count
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by making the right decisions for me. I had always had a fear of eating the wrong thing over thinking being on fad diets so now I know my body and eating what I want and makes me feel good reflects in my fabulous mood. I’m not going to lie I indulge in the 6 moth rituals of Botox for my own personal vanity. I also love to read, cycle for personal growth and well being.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest it in my home I would love to be able to redo my kitchen and give me the space I know my family will enjoy. Family is everything so sharing it with them is the end goal.
