I love the fact I'm over 40. It's like wearing a badge saying " I made it " I can use all my knowledge and wisdom to help others who might be in need of a boost. Guiding my kids and grands to navigate this crazy world is sometimes the best.( and sometimes, not the best but live happens.)
How do you stay fabulous?I am an avid walker, usually a 40 minute stroll everyday. I throw in a virtual work out a couple of times a week. I play sports with the kids at school. At my highest weight of 242 lbs., I used to be tired all the time. Taking charge of my health, I learned to love myself again.
What would you do with the $40,000?First , I would treat myself to a fabulous vacation to my self. A get away with kids and grands would be second. The rest would pay off my vehicle and some to the Gord Downie Foundation, that as an Indigenous woman is near and dear to my heart.
