I love knowing who I am and being happy with myself, flaws and all. I love knowing my body and mind and being able to listen to what it needs to stay healthy and centered every day. The confidence I have now that I didn’t when I was in my 20’s! I wish I could go back and tell my younger self how life gets better and better as you age, not worse!!!
How do you stay fabulous?I mediate and do yoga every morning. And then I get some other form of exercise throughout the day. Movement is a source of joy for me as well as being in nature. Traveling and learning also keep me young at heart. My mom always says the secret to life is having something to do, someone to love, and something to look forward to. I believe that.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take my mom on a cruise! She’s had colon cancer three times and is getting more and more immobile every year. She loves to travel and she loves cruises. It would be an unforgettable experience to get to spoil her for once and get her out of the house so she could see the ocean again.
