I’m enjoying the magnificent new possibilities around every corner and the unknowns of what I will do next. Working with an amazing Real Estate Company and getting ready to o embark on becoming a Pilates instructor to add to past fitness goals allows me to stay young and vibrant. Being a Nana of 5 grandchildren at the moment keeps my heart full of love and gratitude. I am looking forward to doing more travel with having more flexibility with the type of work that I am doing.
How do you stay fabulous?Learning from 5 grandchildren allows me to be open minded to just about anything that can or may happen. I try to eat healthy, clean, unprocessed food with walking, pilates, yoga & when I can light weights. Acupuncture, massages, meditation and sleep play a big role in staying vibrant. It took me many years to know exactly who I am, but now that I am here I stay focused on what I love & family the most.
What would you do with the $40,000?Travel to see my grandchildren I have not met in person yet. Get my passport out to visit as many different places with magical beaches as possible with my man. Open a Pilates studio for women and men over 40 to have a place where they get a comfortable vibe. I would also like to help support people over 40 with decisions about what our lives change into as we get older so everyone can have a level playing field to make their choices.
