What would you do with the $40,000?I may use it for an ok down payment on a house. I will most definitely take a vacation to a warm, sunny climate where the water is crystal clear blue and sand is white and fluffy. Maybe a shopping spree or a new vehicle. I may just invest it and nothing else.
