For many, turning 40 is seen as just another milestone, but for me, it has meant so much more. It’s been a time of real self-discovery, personal growth, and newfound confidence. Being over 40 has given me a sense of clarity, confidence, and purpose that I never fully grasped when I was younger. With age comes wisdom, and I’ve come to appreciate this chapter of my life in a way that feels both refreshing and empowering. Confidence is one of the biggest gifts I’ve gained in my 40s.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by making self-care a priority, both mentally and physically. After recently recovering from Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS), I came back stronger, not just for myself, but for my family. That experience has deepened my commitment to my well-being and resilience.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I had $40,000, I would use it to travel with my husband of 30 years and our daughters. After everything we’ve been through due to my illness, I’d love for us to enjoy some quality time together, especially with our feet in the sand in Santorini. It would be a wonderful opportunity to reconnect and create lasting memories as a family.
