I have so much more wisdom when it comes to self esteem, body image, being accepted etc. You reach a certain age where you finally do what makes YOU happy without giving a crap about what other people think! I'm in better shape than when I was younger. The important things matter most: family, health, love!
How do you stay fabulous?I take care of my skin almost weekly in my office, I am blessed for this! I drink minimal alcohol and I get moving in hot classes 5-6xs per week. I always make sure to take time out for myself even if it’s just for five minutes each day. And I get plenty of rest. For me this is key.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to pay some bills that I acquired during Covid. I am blessed my business was not completely shut down forever, but it still suffered. I did not apply for or take any grants. What ever is left, I’d like to take my mom to Italy.
