Being over 40 is truly a blessing to be among the living especially after surviving a medical crisis. Even though 2021 was a challenging year, The Lord allowed me to continue to be a caregiver for my mother after my heart attack until her demise on December 20, 2021. I am so thankful.
How do you stay fabulous?I incorporate healthy habits, such as healthy food consumption , exercise, meditation and self -preservation from unnecessary stress. Also, I remember that positive energy, thoughts and activities allow the mind, body and soul to recover, renew and regenerate. This involvement produces a phenomenal outcome for the physical, psychological and spiritual existence better known as “Staying fabulous.”
What would you do with the $40,000?I would assist with my current educational journey. (Nursing school). I would assist my husband with needed renovations to our current home. Also, I would make donations to St. Jude’s research for child cancer, Susan Komen’s project for breast cancer research and the United Way organization.
