How do you stay fabulous?I LOVE, I MOVE, I CONNECT & I BELIEVE (in myself and others). I am grateful to be in this body and so I workout, dance and move as much as I can! I recharge by being near the ocean and sunshine, bonding and connecting with others through food and travel. I meditate and believe in always learning and I reject society's pressure to "act my age" and follow the rules created to keep women small. I live life with an open heart and give as much love to others as I can. All this makes me stay fabulous.
