Well I am 59, have had zero work done. I attribute this to being mindful and active. Yoga. I have lived in NY, LA, Miami and Paris.

How do you stay fabulous?Feeling fabulous starts inside. I know it is overused, but it is true. I start every single day with an “attitude of gratitude “ and truly mean it. Being thankful for simple entities that are not tangible or something attainable via money. Being loved, loving in return, smiling (!), a small hug, kindness, each of these help to bring joy and contentment from the inside. Once the inside is nourished, the outside will flourish.
What would you do with the $40,000?A much needed yoga retreat, donating to a women’s shelter, giving to a local charity where I can follow the money trail and the rest, in the bank!
