I have found that in every decade, the wisdom I have gained from friends, partners, colleagues, experiences is exponentially greater each, and every time. My heart, my mind, the knowledge, the strength in my body have all grown to such great heights.
How do you stay fabulous?My key to stay Fabulous is: At least once a day I strive to be able to say “I’ve never been here before” or “I’ve never done this before.” I may not be a yoga teacher but I follow the yogi way daily. My favorite yoga quote is "you're only as old as your spine". Also, I may not be a zen master but I believe wholeheartedly in the principle of beginner's mind. That's a powerful saying: Always be a beginner.
What would you do with the $40,000?My vision of Fabulous at 50 , is to live on a boat. The fabulous dream of being able to pick up and sail the seas, anytime my heart desires is my idea way of staying Fabulous well into my 90s. Winning this Fabulous over 40 contest can make my dream a reality. My long time passion of being on the water and purchasing a used Beneteau (a classic beauty of a boat) to explore the earth, this place I love so dearly is my best way to stay fabulous: following my heart.
