I love that I see the world in a different light. The understanding of my experiences allows me to mentor and guide the younger generations. I have learned my pain and struggles are for the healing of the next generation. I enjoy my maturity; the ability to hold myself accountable and be vulnerable. I also started my healing journey in my 40's and it has been the best decision of my life, especially forgiving myself for the mistakes that I have made and eating healthier.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous my being my true authentic self-every day. I advocate for myself; I speak truth and educate others to do the same. I stay consistent with eating healthy and enjoy making salads and cold press juices, oh let's not forget my homemade ginger shots! I also stay connected to mother nature by growing food and spending time in rural farms. The air quality and silence are priceless! Most importantly I practice gratitude, even on the worst days. I am here, I am fabulous!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use $20k for youth programming around real-life skills and continue the work and advocacy that I have been doing for the past 10 years. I would use $10k to get my stem cell therapy to fix my lower back. I am in constant pain due to nerve pain that runs down my right leg. This is important because I am a youth and community advocate who focuses in the area of criminal justice and food insecurity. Being in no pain will facilitate the work! $10k will be for a well-deserved family adventure!
