Being over 50 is a unique and enriching experience that comes with its own set of joys and discoveries. One of the most significant aspects I love about this stage of my life is the profound sense of self-awareness and self acceptance that I've worked on over the years. At this age, I've learned to embrace who I am, flaws and all. Another aspect I cherish at this stage of my life, is the freedom and wisdom that comes with age. I embrace my age at 58 and I’m so grateful to be here.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by staying healthy. Health is a huge priority, and I have developed a greater appreciation for my physical and mental well-being. Through exercise, healthy eating, and mindfulness practices, I've discovered the importance of taking care of myself. Each day brings new opportunities, and I look forward to what lies ahead with an open heart and mind.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would organize a day with a group of women and do a health and wellness check, especially women who are menopausal. Not enough information it. It’s been an interesting experience for me and I know it should be talked about. I also would take my adult children on a weekend getaway.
