What I love about being over 40 is the confidence that comes with truly knowing who I am. I feel stronger in my skin, and I’m fit, healthy, and empowered to chase my goals. I’m passionate about helping others realize they can do the same. The world doesn’t get to define me I already have a God-given purpose that guides me. Age has brought clarity, strength, and the power to live life on my terms.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by continually educating myself in all the pillars that make us great—mind, body, and spirit. I love reading and expanding my knowledge, and I’m passionate about fitness and nutrition. Most importantly, I give thanks to God for all I have. Staying grounded in faith and always learning keeps me empowered and living my best life.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40K in prize money, I would invest it in further expanding my personal growth and business ventures. I'd use a portion to enhance my podcast, Beauty Beyond Boundaries, by upgrading equipment, reaching a wider audience, and collaborating with experts to bring even more value to my listeners. I’d also allocate some to ongoing education in health and wellness, ensuring I continue to inspire others. Lastly, I’d give back to causes close to my heart like fighting human trafficking.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
