What I love about being over 40 is the perspective on life I have. Watching my children grow and become independent young adults, and embracing all the new seasons in life. Being excited for my new found freedom for new adventures to explore and travel.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by staying humble, grounded and grateful. Life is precious. Each day is a gift. These last few years have been really hard for me from losing my little sister to breast cancer 2-years ago,, to the loss of my marriage, to continued health battles being a Crohn’s Disease warrior. But I know God can make good out of all things and I trust that and it gives me peace. So I cling to that hope.
What would you do with the $40,000?I have this strong pull to go to Africa and serve in a missions trip and then while there I want to do a safari and visit the amazing Giraffe Manor. I want to do this with both of my kids before life gets too busy for them as my son will graduate college this year and then either play hockey in Spain or start working in his field of business, and my daughter will be graduating high school next year so I’d like to create that special bucket list travel with them. ❤️
