I love me. I am finally learning how to take care of my needs and have the self discipline to do what it takes to help me continue to grow. Learning to parlay all my years in fashion into my own business by 40 has filled me with so much gratitude. Owning my grey hair has helped me to embrace aging, the process, life lessons, growing wiser, not obsessing over looking young. hitting 40 is like "ok i have arrived, and I like it here!!!". I'm owning me, reaching for new heights.
How do you stay fabulous?HA! I have a set of habits I stick to everyday meditation, breath work and reading. I try not to miss more than a day. It helps me to be more patient, focused and mentally sharp. I attend a HiiT class twice a week. What really gets me a workout is thrifting for my job. I go through 1000s of items per thrifting session, 4 days a week as well like live selling shows that last 5 hours. It keeps me so fit! I focus on my family and my spirituality. Love is everything, I try to exude love for life.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would get some much needed dental work done. I was bulimic in my teens and have "high risk" teeth. 15 years no Eating Disorder! =) yay! I would get a new freediving wesuit, mine are old and we want to get back into spearfishing. I would infuse 5k into my side hustle upcycling old jewelry. another chunk would be to re-do my basement where I live stream, shes cute but needs better storage for thrift hauls. The rest would go into savings because San Diego is expensive! Thank you!
