I think what I love most about being in my 40s is that beautiful sense of knowing exactly who you are. The confidence within yourself to just be unapologetically you. You know who you are. You know what you like. You know what you don’t like. You know what you need in life. You have lived just long enough to know what you need to know, but you fully understand that there’s still so much life that awaits you. That’s exciting! Sometimes it feels like my life is now just beginning.
How do you stay fabulous?This is a big question! I guess I would have to say that I live my life out loud. I try not to make excuses for who I am because I am who I am. When I turned 40 this year, I was in a completely new season of my life. And still am to be honest. But I said that I was going to say yes to fun things and be open to being open. Not knowing fully what exactly that meant, but I knew, that no matter what I was going to level myself up. I focus on my health. I focus on my business and helping others.
What would you do with the $40,000?This is a hard question! One side of my brain says have fun!! The other says pay some things off, save some and spend some. Ultimately, though I would love to travel somewhere. Have an amazing experience. Live a little bit. Be carefree for a few days! Then we can talk about the responsible things!
