I love that now that I'm over 40 I am more confident in who I'm and I am unapologetically myself. I don't prioritize keeping up with everyone else which is why others try to keep up with me! I feel that this is a time in my life that I can take care of me and get back to what makes me happy. My family, friends and career are very important to me, but now I feel that I can light the world on fire. I have a zest for life and continue to grow as a person and help others grow around me.
How do you stay fabulous?I take care of myself by eating healthy and exercising. I also try to minimize stress and maximize fun! I like to do everything that I want to do and take calculated risks. I work as a Clinical Research Professional remotely which means more time for fun! I love staying active and I'm on the water 4 to 5 days a week. I recently co-founded a Canoe Club catering to the community including neurodivergent paddlers, soon to have non-profit status AZ Blaze Canoe Club. I am most proud of this!
What would you do with the $40,000?Wow $40,000, this is a great question! I would first enjoy the moment of being the winner. How humbling it would be to be the winner of this competition, I'm sure there are so many amazing ladies competing! I would take part of the money and go on a “fab” vacation with my family! A big portion of the money would go to my non-profit. We are growing fast and have a need for funds for equipment, possibly a purchase of a canoe!
