How do you stay fabulous?I follow the 80/20 rule with everything I do! I eat clean most of the time, but never pass on an opportunity to indulge when I want. I exercise most days of the week and make self-care and mental health a priority. I don’t prioritize material possessions. I do prioritize family, helping others and the environment in my personal life, via my career and through volunteer/charitable efforts. As I continue the journey of life, I choose to live joyfully and strive to age gracefully.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would follow the 80/20 rule of course! Definitely a portion would go towards select charities including The National Breast Cancer Foundation Inc. My aunt is a breast cancer survivor! I would also invest further into my business, green with living, by continuing to support green initiatives for the health of individuals and the planet. Living a more eco-conscious life will help us in the fight against cancer and various other diseases and climate change.
