I feel like I know myself a lot better than I did in my 20s or 30s. I definitely look at the world differently and I’m so incredibly grateful and happier more of the time. It took me a long time to learn about self-love and I guess with that comes a different kind of confidence.and patience.
How do you stay fabulous?I walk a lot, do gentle yoga paddle board & play tennis. I have a 90% plant-based diet since I finished chemo 9 years ago and also I incorporate some rejuvenating cosmetic treatments like PRP micro needling Botox and high-quality skin care. But mostly, I really try to live in gratitude and be outside as much as possible.
What would you do with the $40,000?If it’s to be used for beauty treatments, I would like to put it towards a refresh and, definitely PRP & NAD+. I absolutely love the new aesthetic treatments that are now available. Maybe even stem cell. If it’s something that can be shared, I would love to donate to a womens charity & use part of it to do a little pampering for my mother who is blind She is the sweetest woman in the world and something special for my stepmother and children.
