Being over 40 I have struggled with high blood pressure and being pre-diabetic due to that this changed my life . I eat healthier and exercising . In 2023 I was given the honor of owning my Salon Suit , this taught me how to bring out the best in people with styling their hair and giving them a new attitude! My new attitude inspired them, and gave them the inspiration to change that look at any age . My travels Inspires my attitude and my luck to keep me versatile and looking amazing !
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous over 40 eating a lot of fruit and vegetables. I also drink a large jug of water daily and eating very little meat and more fish and chicken. Lots of salad is also important in my diet. And also love going to the beach.. Long walks, meditating, thinking about my next move, gives me a peace of mind. I love Feeling that sun kiss, my face this brings out my shine 🌞
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won the $40,000, the first thing I would do is take a long deserved 14 day vacation. Then take my family to dinner. Also put most of it in my hair salon business and if there’s anything left, I would love to pay off my car !
