I choose things that bring me joy. Realizing exercise keeps me young and healthy, mentally and physically. I say no thanks to self criticism and doubt. I see myself more kindly. I am myself and confident. Knowing my boundaries helps me to not say yes when I men no. Knowing every shot I don’t take is a missed opportunity/memory. I know my worth and not afraid to ask for it. Nothing is the end of the world. I’m thankful for a life full of stories to tell!
What would you do with the $40,000?Honestly, I would get a new kitchen! I’ve never had a new kitchen! I love to cook and bake for the people I love, so many great memories when I was a kid of being in the kitchen with my family, it was always a place of connection and eating together!
