Being over 40 means embracing a greater sense of confidence. I’ve let go of many insecurities that used to weigh me down. I’ve come to appreciate my body for what it can do rather than just how it looks. The pressures of fitting into societal expectations have eased, and I’ve learned to prioritize what makes me feel good, healthy, and fulfilled. Ultimately, being over 40 has been about discovering a more authentic version of myself—one that appreciates life, love, and all the good things it has.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous over 40 is all about embracing self-care, confidence, and authenticity. It’s a time to celebrate who you are, the life you’ve built, and the things that bring you joy. Maintaining my mental sharpness is just as important as physical health. I continue to learn and grow, both in my career and in my personal life. Whether I’m diving into new knowledge in nursing or exploring hobbies that I’ve always been curious about, keeping my brain active keeps me feeling youthful.
What would you do with the $40,000?I’ve lost everything that I worked so hard for over the last two years escaping an abusive narcissistic marriage. This money would allow me a fresh start to rebuild my life again. This would be a fantastic start to building my dream home where me and my partner can grow old together in bliss making everlasting memories in with our family and friends. It is never too late to start again and make your happily ever after.
