How do you stay fabulous?Well I have always been very picky what I eat. I intermittent fast before I even knew of the term for it. If I get a ache. Some people may move less. I move and exercise more. That really helps. Low impact exercises but good ones. In 2018 took up a dream I always wanted to do Aerial Arts Lyra hoop. I thought I was in great shape to start it. Ha ha The hardest part pulling yourself up on it. I stayed with it was in a show after 6 months. Lived my music dreams also. 😎💜🌄
What would you do with the $40,000?I would spend it wisely. Pay off some things and complete some goals with it. Live more of my dreams.
