Being over 40 means you know yourself better. You understand your boundaries and are not afraid to enforce them. It means that one has evolved and that our life experiences have shaped who we are today! Because of all of the aforementioned, it means it means that we are more confident and self-aware. Our bodies are also changing and and we are learning how to embrace those changes and use them to our advantage!
How do you stay fabulous?I have a strong workout routine, which is required of me as a soldier. The discipline to take care of my body pays off and keeps me in good health. I do spin, cross fit, pilates and I try getting a massage done on a weekly basis. I don't have the best eating habits. This is an area that I'm trying to educate myself. I tend to be an anxiety eater and I crave sweets. I take multi-vitamins, especially magnesium.
What would you do with the $40,000?I'm big on women empowerment and I'd love to plan an all girls trip with my closest friends and cousins. A special trip for personal growth and pampering. I also want to be able to financially support my children. They are athletes. My son plays travel baseball and my daughter plays volleyball. We travel a lot! There are many expenses associated with investing in their future. The goal is for them to be D1 college athletes.
