I love that I spent (and spend)my years over 40 being my best self after all I learned through my life and my experiences before I turned 40. The years between 40 and 60 taught me ever so much more about life, love, family, and health so that I continue to grow without the fear of failing myself.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous doing what I love…I work, read, write, take care of my animals, exercise—I don’t think of my years as a number but as an opportunity to defy the stereotypes of age by simply being me and pursuing joy in its many forms every day.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest it in our homestead. Our hobby farm is our retirement home, our life, and the gift we will leave our children and grandchildren. I would grow our ability to take in rescue animals because animals soothe the mind and heal the heart.
