Being over 40 makes you realize that wisdom truly comes with age , you become wiser and make greater choices. I am well acquainted with my strength, weakness, passion and fears, self awareness is awesome, you no longer seeks approval..I am armed with the knowledge that health is wealth I undertake healthier eating habits , fitness routines, being over 40 is a wake up call, you only live once ( yolo) so make the transition well worth it , I now move to what brings genuine joy peace and happiness
How do you stay fabulous?I eat healthy, stay hydrated, keep my mental health in check., the number one key is to meditate on God ,without God all this would be like an unsharpened pencil, pointless.
What would you do with the $40,000?Straightforward that would be the down payment to owning my first house a dream that is yet to come to fruition.
