I love the wisdom and clarity around what is truly important in this life . This comes from having a full life. Overcoming adversity, and still remaining positive, and kind Self acceptance, I have more compassion for other’s who suffer. Age has taught me self respect, and to respect other’s. I love the Sisterhood of having lived life, and being able to acknowledge that we all go though tragedy, heartache, illness, and find ways to support and each other through the tough times, and the good!
How do you stay fabulous?I am a good dog Mom, a good partner, and Friend. I walk A LOT! France to Spain Australia, Costa Rica, etc etc. I’m like Forest Gump! All those miles, all experiences brought me to want to serve other’s! I started a walking group for people older than me, to combat loneliness. Good for them, good for me! I practice yoga daily,eat great, starting a group for women in menopause to bring awareness , and create Community! Worked at a Nun Convent for a year, as a cook-they are my spiritual advisor’s!
What would you do with the $40,000?Well… i have a small debt that I would love to pay off. I would really like to do a training to learn to teach Nia Dance to Senior’s( so joyful) I am in need of a wardrobe to get myself back in the world again! I would get a new computer, and build joyful dance classes. ✨ Thank you for considering me🙏🏻.
