Being the age I am and still moving like I do is great! Some days ,you wish you could just stay in bed . But, after that first cup of coffee, you’re on a roll! At 63 and still being me is a happy to pass 40!!
How do you stay fabulous?Just keep moving! Eat right and rest well.
