Finally learning to love everyone, including myself, and where we are at. Learning to forgive myself and others while living without regret

What I love about being over 40 is my outlook on life and people. There was a lot that happened as I started turning 40. I filed for a divorce and risked losing everything I knew. Someone asked if I was going through a midlife crisis. From their perspective, I can see why they would think that. But I called it my mid-life awakening. No longer am I sleepwalking through the days or feel like a victim. I learned the only one saving me is me. I am embracing faith over fear.
How do you stay fabulous?Self-love/-improvement/-awareness, meditation, drinking water, reading every morning, writing positive thoughts/goals, podcasts, audible affirmations, learning to be vulnerable and ask for help, learning to accept myself where I’m at and love the process, detaching from results and appreciating efforts. Serving people without needing things in return. Learning/respecting my boundaries. Making time to be with my son as best as I know how. Becoming my best friend. Expect nothing. “Loving what is.”
What would you do with the $40,000?I am going to enroll in a Toastmasters public speaking class, join a self-improvement retreat, and use the rest to ask a company to help me with an idea to help improve education for physicians with oral boards. I think it will change the lives of the physicians, their families and children as well as patients. I plan on improving the well-being of those who fear the oral boards more than practicing medicine itself.
