I am a single mom with a professional career but I still focus on keeping my mind and body healthy through exercise and self care.

I love the confidence that I have now that I am 40 and how good I feel in my skin. When you are young it’s hard to see the beauty you have but as you get older you start to look more inward and that is truly beautiful. At 40 you are focused on the things that are important, your family, your health and well being; and being a role model for your children.
How do you stay fabulous?I have been a vegetarian since by teens and I’ve always kept health a top priority. I eat a healthy well balanced mostly plant based diet. I’ve always been a runner, but as I’ve gotten older I’ve been focusing more on strength training. I try to stay mentally healthy too with meditation and I go to bed much earlier (sometimes as soon as the sun goes down).
What would you do with the $40,000?I’m a single working mom so I would love to use this money to use towards my daughters education and possibly a weekend away for her and I. I would love to have some to donate to those in North Carolina who are suffering after the hurricane.
