Wisdom gained through the years makes life more enjoyable when you learn not to sweat the small stuff and stay calm for the big stuff. I have had many experiences over the years that has shaped who I am now. I have true friends that I can count on in any situation and I have learned to stop and smell the coffee and enjoy life. I work hard so I can play harder. I enjoy having holiday parties for my grandchildren and my “adopted” grands. We have awesome bonus families & I am Mamaw Chel to all.
How do you stay fabulous?I have 8 grandchildren that I chase and attend most of their activities. Soccer, baseball, cheerleading and show choir. I absolutely love when they run to me to give hugs!! I make time for traveling and love shopping for good deals. . I am learning to take care of my mental health which helps your physical health. Beauty comes from the inside. If you have a good heart it shows on the outside. I am a work in progress trying to be the best version of me every day.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would of course pay a few bills then make sure my kids and grands had a great vacation. I would sit back and watch the smiles on those faces while making wonderful memories. I would also Donate to breast cancer charities. My family has been through the fight and most have survived. I pray not to lose anyone else to breast cancer ever. We need better early detection programs for younger people. I have seen too many stage 4 in 20-30 yo. That should have never got that far.
