I love that I can be anything I want to be .This next stage of m life is just beginning. I can reach for the stars; but with more knowledge and experience than I ever had. Age does have its privileges. I am like a fine wine aged perfectly. I am able to speak more to my truths and not worry about what others may think. I no longer try to fit the mold of a mature older woman. I try to enjoy life, laugh often and be a positive healthy person. And lastly I can break glass ceilings at 64 years old.

I exercise daily, meditate and pray. I am always seeking healthy alternatives to keep me in the best shape possible. I work on eating healthy. work on my mental and cognitive health and try to find the positive in everything I encounter. My world view is that the glass is half full. I love my family and friends which keep me happy, grounded and loved. I think that keeping my mind sharp ties all of the above together which is why I feel Fabulous.

I hadn’t really thought about it. I think I would help my Dad in Florida who lives only on his Social Security. I would donate money to Breast Cancer Research since I myself had Stage III ductal carcinoma, a cause near and dear to me. Then I think I would do something for my Children and my Grandchildren. My real reason joining Fabulous over 40 was not the money; but to allow myself to feel more confident and to do something that I am proud of.
