I'm my own tower of strength and it has taught me over the years that you only have yourself to depend on in this life. I don't invest my time in superficial relationships or drama. I enjoy my alone time. I'm more in tune with myself and my needs. I love having meaningful conversations about life, purpose, and philosophy. I like being free to do what I want and only having to answer to my paw children Max & Ninja.

I like to meditate and practice a healthy lifestyle by eating right most of the time but, allowing cheat days is important. I'm a workout queen, always have been and it helps me stay focused. When I'm not working, I love to listen to music, sing along at home or in the car, and go to concerts, it's something that makes me feel alive. I love the energy of it all, keeps you young! I love being out in nature, California is a beautiful state, so I like to ride my bike and go hiking.

I'd probably start a coaching business to help women who are going through perimenopause/menopause/post-menopause. I think this could help a lot of women, it's something I've been passionate about since I started my menopause journey. I think society still shuns older women and we shouldn't be treated any less because we're older and have a few wrinkles or can't have babies anymore. I think it's a wonderful time in our lives and we need to embrace our true selves, I know I have.
