What would you do with the $40,000?If I had $40,000, my first priority would be to help my aging parents find a comfortable ranch home that suits their mobility needs. I’d search for a place with no stairs, wide hallways, and easy access to everything they love. It’s essential to create a space where they can feel safe and independent. Additionally, I would set aside some funds for necessary renovations to ensure the home is truly accessible, like installing grab bars and ensuring the bathrooms are user-friendly.
