First solo international trip was when I turned 40. Meeting new people, cultures, & relocating to ATL from Maui taught me community is life!

Knowing who I am, embrace aging confidently, having a voice, and being a mentor to those younger than me. All of our journey’s are unique and we don’t live in a one size fits all world. Caring for others, living with empathy, and compassion has been a very strong virtue. Resilience and adaptability to change through the valleys and mountain tops. Sharing vulnerability with others. To speak about the challenges our bodies go through and provide knowledge. Empower women to be fearless and own it!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by meditating daily, spending time in prayer and devotion, doing yoga, spending quality time with friends and family. Building community of like minded fabulous woman. Focused on healthy diet and healing your body with foods. My own health journey has taught me so much. I want to share it with others. Most important do things you love! Dance, be in nature, write, eat great foot, be present when you’re with others, and never dim your sparkle. Let go of what doesn’t serve you.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the money to help women going through challenges and hormonal changes through natural means. My dream is to have a podcast to empower women to get out of toxic relationships and I’m a living example. To share our triumphs through the pain. To acknowledge health is the most important thing and how we can manage the changes our bodies are going through to have a better quality of life. A brutally honest podcast about women for women.
