I love that I am fortunate to still look young, which makes me feel young, even if I don’t feel young. I battle lupus and several other autoimmune disorders which can be very difficult and painful sometimes. Despite that hardship, I’ve always cared about fitness and my health. I haven’t been fit my whole life, but I contribute my youthfulness to exercising or physical fitness I’ve made a part of my life and thats why I am feeling good at 40.
How do you stay fabulous?Working out, eating well, and making sure that I have a good work life Balance. I try to laugh as much as possible because I feel that it keeps me young and emotionally fit. Another thing that keeps me fabulous is making sure that I disconnect from the social world and embrace some sort of nature. Meditation and always doing a mental health check to stay mentally and emotionally healthy. Making sure I’m on top of my health and spending time with those that I love and care about.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use it to finally be a first time homebuyer and purchase my first home! I’ve always been a renter and I’ve always dreamed of buying my own home that I can call mine, for me and my children. Maybe take my children on a memorable trip or experience.
