At my age, 62 I feel I’m at my best. The stress of competing with others trying to look fabulous is completely over.

At this age, I’m more confident, have less stress and devote most of my time to “me”. The kids are on their own even though they see me as their ATM machine with unlimited funds, I’m glad to have my space.
How do you stay fabulous?I try to eat healthy, I do eat red meat but in moderation. I don’t smoke , I only drink socially. I workout 3 times a week, I know that’s not much but I feel quality is more important than quantity. I spend approximately 6 hours total weekly doing aerobics, lifting weights and some yoga.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate to family members in Haiti, donate to the homeless and finally, take my dream solo vacation.
