I love feeling more confident in my body and my mind. In my fitness career, I coach many different age groups, which keeps me connected and young in spirit. I love showing people that as you age you can become more fabulous physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I love parenting my three young adult children ages, 22, 20 and 17. As they get older, I enjoy the ever-changing landscape of parenting.I learn so much from their very different journeys.
How do you stay fabulous?The people I surround myself help me stay fabulous. I have an amazing support network that includes my boyfriend, friends, family and a life changing therapist. I spend time practicing self care so I can be there for the people I love. For me, that includes exercise, getting sunlight, napping, reading, spending some time with friends and family, and quiet time to refill my tank. Being real is important to me. No botox or surgery. I want to be an example that aging is beautiful!!!!
What would you do with the $40,000?My daughter has wanted to be a veterinarian since she was three years old. She graduated from college this past May with a 4.0 as a biology major, and is currently applying to veterinary school. I would love to give her the money to help her pay for her education. She is going to be an amazing animal doctor!
