What makes me fabulous over 40 is traveling, and not being afraid of change. I speak encouraging words to myself daily.

What I love about being over 40 is the experience that comes with getting older. It's about not taking one more day for granted. At this age, I really love me and have learned so many life lessons. Know what else? I realize I will always be a student of life. I'm able to encourage younger people to stay calm and focus on getting through life challenges as they will always come and go. I've learned to live life on purpose. I've learned to face the things I cannot control. I'm so cool.
How do you stay fabulous?I have a prayer life that comes first. I'm connected with our creator, GOD. I read really good books of all kinds. I put my faith in action by always looking forward. Serving others allows me to feel good. When you feel good about doing great things, it's actually good for your heart. I go on walks to sooth my mind, body, soul and spirit. I surround myself with great people. I try my best to eat as healthy as possible while giving myself a little room to cheat. I speak life to myself.
What would you do with the $40,000?I'm a caregiver to my mother especially and I love to do community service work. I would partner with St. Jude's Hospital for Children, Cancer Research Institute, Wounded Warrior Project, and National Alliance to End Homelessness. I would also, use the money to pour into Life Coaching, by really getting my business of the ground. People of all walks of life need to understand that you don't have to be a victim of past, present or future situations and circumstances. Hold on and keep living.
