The #1 thing that makes me fab over 40 is being a first time grandma of a beautiful 10 1/2 month old baby girl & close second being a mom.

I love spending time with my grandbaby first and of course with my fiance & kids. I spend alot of time working in my yard landscaping and gardening. My hobbies have grown since I hit 40 I now love refurbishing antiques, mostly wood items. I'm now getting more time to work on my photography which I started college for but haven't gotten to finish, however I'm thinking about doing just that.
How do you stay fabulous?My family makes me fabulous having them to spend time with and enjoying their company is what keeps me fabulous. My wonderful fiance is definitely a huge motivator he makes me want to be the most fabulous woman in the world.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would finish the MANY repairs needed on our 5 bedroom home because my fiance and I want to make sure since we own our home mortgage free that the kids and grandbaby all have somewhere to go if something ever happened. After that I'd buy nice used vehicle's for my fiance, each of the kids, and myself considering my truck and fiance's Harley are the only vehicles between the 5 of us. If there was anything left then, I'd take the whole family on vacation we've never had one as a family.
