The best part about being over 40 is recognizing the growth in my confidence. In my practice, as a massage therapist, I am regularly reminded of just how self-loathing or hyper critical women can be. It's truly heartbreaking how often I hear women making unnecessary apologies for their bodies. My #1 goal is to help people feel amazing inside their own bodies.
How do you stay fabulous?I believe life is precious and should be appreciated and enjoyed as much as possible. My idea of self care includes extra long bubble baths , paint by numbers, yoga, mindfulness meditation and dancing in the living room while singing at the top of my lungs.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off all my credit card debts, buy a more reliable vehicle, and find studio space to rent, where I could give my massage massage therapy business an actual location.
